Legal Agreement

Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Route Revolution's website (www.routerevolution.in), booking platform (dashboard.routerevolution.in), and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, booking a shipment, or applying for a franchise, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Indian laws.

Route Revolution is a logistics technology platform and shipment aggregator — not a courier company. We facilitate shipment booking through independent carrier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart). Transportation and delivery are executed by those carriers under their own operational terms.

Section 1

Platform Use & Acceptance

By accessing or using the Route Revolution Platform in any capacity — including as a website visitor, registered shipping client, franchise partner, or API integrant — you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Use of the Platform following any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. All shipment bookings must be made exclusively through the Route Revolution Booking Software (RR) at dashboard.routerevolution.in. Direct booking with any carrier bypassing RR is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your agreement with Route Revolution.

The Platform is operated by Charan Anand J, Proprietor, Route Revolution, MSME/Udyam No. TN-20-0148410, GSTIN 33CGXPC4763P1ZM, #378/1-3, Kandhampatty Bypass, Salem – 636005, Tamil Nadu, India.

Section 2

Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legally constituted business entity or individual with capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register for and use the Platform.

KYC Verification: All accounts are subject to offline KYC verification prior to activation. Required documents: PAN Card or Aadhaar (individuals); GST certificate and business registration proof (entities). Account activation occurs within one business day of satisfactory KYC clearance.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RR login credentials. Sharing credentials with any unauthorised third party constitutes a material breach. Route Revolution is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Non-Transferability: Your RR account and associated agreement may not be transferred, sold, sublicensed, or assigned to any other person or entity without Route Revolution's prior written consent. Change of business ownership requires fresh KYC and a new agreement.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no shipment bookings for 60 or more consecutive days are classified as Dormant. Route Revolution may restrict access until a reactivation request is verified. Previously assigned rates are not guaranteed upon reactivation.

Section 3

Services Offered

Route Revolution provides the following services through the Platform:

  • Multi-Carrier Shipment Booking: Access to Delhivery (primary, all plans) and Blue Dart (email-form booking, all plans). Additional carriers may be added or removed upon 15 days' notice.
  • COD Management: Cash on Delivery facilitation with T+8 day settlement from carrier delivery confirmation to client wallet.
  • API Integration: Programmatic connection between client ERP/platform and RR for automated shipment creation, AWB generation, and tracking.
  • Franchise & Collection Center Program: Six-tier franchise plans enabling partners to operate a Route Revolution branded logistics booking center.
  • Value-Added Services (VAS): Cargo insurance (ICICI Lombard), FTL transport, bike shifting, website development, GST/MSME/trademark registration, social media management, and WhatsApp/SMS marketing — offered through verified partners.

Route Revolution is a logistics technology platform. It is not a carrier, insurer, or guarantor of delivery timelines or outcomes. All SLAs are governed by the applicable carrier's own terms and conditions.

Section 4

Wallet, Billing & Payments

Pre-Paid Wallet Model: All clients and franchise partners must maintain a pre-paid wallet on RR. All freight, RTO, weight mismatch, DPH surcharge, and other applicable charges are auto-deducted from the wallet at the time of carrier billing. No credit facility or post-payment arrangement is available.

Minimum Balance: A minimum wallet balance of ₹500 must be maintained at all times. When the wallet falls below ₹500, all new bookings are immediately hard-blocked on RR. In-transit shipments are not affected.

Wallet Recharges: Via NEFT / IMPS / UPI to Route Revolution's designated Axis Bank account. Credits reflect within one business day of payment confirmation. Wallet balances are non-refundable and non-withdrawable. Unused balance is not returned upon termination under any circumstances.

Plan Deposits (Model 2 & Franchise): One-time plan deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances whatsoever — including voluntary termination, non-utilization, business closure, or termination for any reason. Deposits shall not be adjusted against freight, wallet balance, or any other dues. No exceptions.

DPH — Dynamic Pricing Hike: Delhivery applies a fuel-linked surcharge (DPH) on Delivery (DL), RTO, and DTO charges. Base fuel rate: ₹85.50/litre. For every 1% rise in fuel price, freight increases by 0.25%. Negative DPH is disabled — no credit is passed if fuel prices fall below the base rate. DPH is auto-deducted from the wallet as part of carrier billing.

Weight Mismatch Disputes: Must be raised within 7 days of auto-deduction with complete evidence: (a) photograph of shipment on calibrated scale showing AWB, (b) RR booking screenshot, (c) packing timestamp. Disputes without complete evidence will not be entertained. Disputes after 7 days are deemed accepted.

Cancelled Shipment Refunds: Freight for shipments booked but not picked up is refunded monthly, within 7 working days of the 30-day reconciliation date.

GST: GST at 18% is applicable on all fees, charges, and services. All stated amounts are exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

Section 5

Shipments, COD & RTO Policy

Booking Obligations: You must declare accurate weight, dimensions, shipment value, and consignee details for every booking. Under-declaration of weight or value is at your sole risk. Route Revolution and carriers bear zero liability beyond the declared value.

COD Settlement: COD is credited to your wallet at T+8 days from the date of successful carrier delivery confirmation, after deducting COD handling charges and any outstanding dues. Route Revolution is not liable for COD remittance delays caused by carrier-side holds, fraud investigations, or network failures.

NDR (Non-Delivery Report): Upon any failed delivery attempt, the carrier raises an NDR. You must act immediately — provide correct address, reschedule, or authorise RTO. After 3 failed attempts, the carrier initiates RTO automatically. Route Revolution is not liable for auto-RTO resulting from your non-responsiveness to NDR notifications.

RTO Policy: RTO freight is auto-deducted and non-refundable. Carriers complete RTO within 30 days of initiation. Route Revolution is not liable for RTO delays caused by incorrect return addresses, natural events, or carrier operational issues.

High RTO Threshold: If your RTO rate exceeds 30% in any 30-day rolling period, Route Revolution may levy an additional RTO surcharge and/or demand an increased minimum wallet deposit of up to ₹2,000. If RTO exceeds 50%, COD access may be suspended immediately. Continued high RTO may result in account termination.

COD Suspension: COD access may be suspended if RTO rate exceeds 30% in any 30-day period, fraud is suspected, or if instructed by Route Revolution for any operational reason.

Section 6

Carrier Liability & Claims

Route Revolution facilitates shipments through independent carrier networks. Carrier operations — including pickup, transit, delivery timelines, and RTO — are governed entirely by each carrier's own terms and conditions. Route Revolution does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.

Claims: Loss and damage claims must be submitted through RR within 30 days of the shipment booking date. Required evidence must be provided at submission.

Liability Caps by Carrier:

  • Delhivery: 100% of declared value or ₹2,000 — whichever is higher.
  • Blue Dart: 100% of declared value or ₹5,000 — whichever is higher.

Route Revolution's maximum total liability to any client or partner is strictly limited to the freight value of the specific shipment in dispute, as billed to that party's wallet for that shipment. Route Revolution shall not be liable for loss of revenue, profits, business, goodwill, data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

No Liability For: Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the client; prohibited goods tendered by the client; improper or insufficient packaging; carrier operational decisions; Force Majeure events.

Clients are advised to opt for cargo insurance (available through Route Revolution's VAS — ICICI Lombard) for high-value shipments.

Section 7

The following goods are strictly prohibited from being booked or dispatched through RR under any circumstances:

Cash, currency, coins, demand drafts, or negotiable instruments
Jewellery, precious metals, gemstones, or bullion
Arms, ammunition, explosives, or military-grade equipment
Narcotics, drugs, or controlled substances
Hazardous, toxic, radioactive, or flammable materials

Consequences of Violation: Immediate RR suspension, wallet forfeiture, agreement termination, and reporting to law enforcement. Route Revolution bears no liability for any consequences arising from tendering prohibited goods, and the client/partner shall fully indemnify Route Revolution for all resulting costs, penalties, and legal liabilities.

Section 8

Franchise Terms

In addition to these general Terms, franchise partners are governed by the separately executed Route Revolution Franchise & Collection Center Agreement. Key terms applicable to all franchise relationships include:

  • Franchise Deposit: Strictly non-refundable under all circumstances — including voluntary exit, non-utilization, or termination for any reason.
  • Territory: Allocated per the signed Franchise Agreement. The franchisee shall not operate outside the allocated territory without prior written consent.
  • Non-Compete: For 12 months post-termination, the franchisee shall not directly or indirectly engage in, promote, or assist any competing logistics aggregation business within the allocated territory.
  • Brand Use: The Route Revolution name, logo, and marks may only be used as expressly permitted under the Franchise Agreement and must be immediately discontinued upon termination.

  • Rate Increase Notice: Effective 01 April 2026, Delhivery Limited has announced a 5% base rate revision. Franchise partner rate cards will be updated accordingly. Bookings placed before 01 April 2026 will be billed at pre-revision rates.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property of Route Revolution — including but not limited to the RR platform, website, brand name, logo, trademarks, domain names, software, algorithms, and operational documentation — is the sole and exclusive property of Route Revolution / Charan Anand J.

Clients and franchise partners receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for their own permitted shipping or franchise operations during the term of their agreement. Section 10

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Route Revolution's maximum total liability to any user, client, or partner under these Terms and any related agreement is strictly limited to the freight value of the specific shipment in dispute, as billed to that party's wallet for that shipment.

Route Revolution is a logistics aggregator and technology platform. It is not a carrier, insurer, or guarantor of delivery timelines or outcomes.
