Route Revolution is a logistics technology platform — not a courier company. We give your business access to Delhivery and Blue Dart through a single pre-paid wallet account, a unified tracking dashboard, and structured billing — so you never have to manage multiple courier relationships again.

Our team verifies your business details and sets up your RR client panel account. Basic business KYC (GST/PAN/Aadhaar) is collected to comply with regulatory requirements.
Add a minimum balance of ₹500 to your pre-paid RR wallet via NEFT/IMPS/UPI. The wallet is used for all freight charges, weight corrections, and RTO deductions — full transparency at every step.
Log into dashboard.routerevolution.in to access your client panel — book shipments, generate AWB labels, track deliveries, view wallet balance, and download invoices.
Select your courier, enter shipment details, generate your AWB label, and schedule a pickup — all from the RR platform. Pickups are arranged through your assigned carrier based on your location and route.
COD amounts are settled by Delhivery weekly (Fridays). Route Revolution credits your RR wallet within T+8 business days after deducting applicable charges and any outstanding dues.
All shipments must be booked exclusively through the RR platform. Direct carrier booking is not permitted.
Pan-India coverage with COD support, automated API booking, real-time tracking, and weekly Friday settlement cycle. The primary carrier available on all client accounts.
Regional and south zone coverage available through select franchise partners. Ekart access is available for franchise clients on Pro & Enterprise plans, subject to nearby hub availability.
Premium and time-sensitive shipments via Blue Dart Express. Currently available on a form-submission basis — no dedicated panel or rate card yet. Bookings are arranged via email request.
Route Revolution may add or remove carriers with 15 days' prior notice. The Franchisee/client has no direct contractual relationship with any carrier — all billing and service outcomes are governed by Route Revolution's carrier agreements.
Route Revolution's structured advisory system designed to help businesses reduce RTOs, avoid losses, and ship with greater confidence on every order.
Enable OTP-based delivery confirmation for high-value or high-RTO prone shipments. The delivery agent releases the package only after the consignee provides a one-time PIN — reducing fake delivery attempts and disputes.
Recommend Digital COD to your buyers — they pay via QR/UPI at the doorstep instead of cash. This reduces RTO risk from cash unavailability and improves collection success rates significantly.
Don't put all shipments through one courier. Route Revolution guides you to split orders by zone, product type, and value — using the right courier for each route to optimise delivery success and cost.
Improper packaging is one of the leading causes of transit damage and rejected claims. Our advisory covers box sizing, void fill, tamper-evident tape, and fragile labelling to protect your shipments in transit.
When a delivery fails and an NDR is raised, you have 24 hours to take action via the RR panel — provide a corrected address, reschedule delivery, or authorise RTO — before the carrier makes a third attempt and auto-RTOs.
Route Revolution advises businesses on categories and geographies with high COD RTO rates. Understanding when to offer COD vs. prepaid can significantly reduce your return inventory and settlement delays.

All freight, RTO, weight corrections, and DP charges are auto-deducted from your pre-paid RR wallet. Maintain a minimum balance of ₹500 — bookings are blocked if wallet falls below this threshold.
If the carrier detects a weight discrepancy, the differential is auto-deducted from your wallet. You have 7 days to raise a dispute with supporting evidence (photos, weight proof, AWB) to info@routerevolution.in.
Freight pre-deducted for shipments that were booked but not picked up or cancelled before dispatch is refunded to your wallet — processed monthly within 7 working days of the reconciliation date.
Delhivery settles COD collections every Friday. Route Revolution credits the COD amount to your wallet within T+8 business days after deducting applicable COD handling charges and outstanding dues.
When a shipment is returned to origin (RTO), return freight charges apply as per the carrier's rate card. RTO charges are auto-deducted from your wallet. Carriers complete RTOs within 30 days of initiation.
Route Revolution issues GST-compliant tax invoices for all wallet charges, freight billing, and value-added services. GST @ 18% applies on all applicable transactions. Invoices are downloadable from your RR dashboard.

Route Revolution provides structured support for raising and tracking claims with carriers for lost, damaged, or undelivered shipments.
All loss or damage claims must be submitted in writing via RR within 30 days of the shipment booking date. Claims raised after this window may not be eligible.
Route Revolution liaises with the carrier on your behalf to investigate lost or damaged shipment reports. We track claim status and communicate updates through the RR panel and email.
Approved claims are settled as wallet credits in your RR account, as per the applicable carrier liability cap. Claims are subject to submission of invoice proof and shipment evidence.
Opt for ICICI Lombard transit insurance through Route Revolution for higher coverage beyond carrier liability caps. Recommended for fragile, high-value, or bulk shipments.
Claims are not eligible for: incorrect address, prohibited goods, improper packaging, force majeure events, or carrier operational decisions.
The following items are strictly prohibited from being booked through the Route Revolution platform. Violation results in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.
