Route Revolution offers two service models for registered shipping clients. Both models give you full RR platform access, Delhivery as your primary carrier, COD facility, API access, a dedicated account manager, and priority WhatsApp support — from Day 1.
The difference is in how your rates are structured. Choose the plan that matches your shipping volume and business goals.

Get started with zero upfront cost. Rates are assigned based on your declared daily shipment volume and reviewed every 30 days.
No plan deposit required. Complete offline KYC, get your rate card based on declared volume, and start shipping from Day 1. The only balance needed is your ₹500 minimum wallet amount.
Your shipping rate is determined by your declared average daily shipment volume at onboarding. The higher your volume, the better the rate slab assigned to your account.
At the end of Day 30, your actual shipment volume is compared to your declaration. If you meet your declared volume — rates continue unchanged. If not, Route Revolution may revise rates upward with 7 days' written notice.
Client Panel, COD (T+8), API access, dedicated account manager, and priority WhatsApp support are all included from Day 1 — no additional charges for these features under Model 1.
If you want to lock in your rates regardless of monthly volume — or if you're growing fast and want the best available rate — you can upgrade to Model 2 (Paid Plan) at any time.
KYC is currently collected and verified offline by Route Revolution. Required: PAN / Aadhaar (individuals) or GST certificate & business registration proof (entities). Account activated within 1 business day of KYC clearance.
Important: Model 1 operates on a rolling 30-day review cycle. Consistent underperformance against declared volume may result in progressive rate revision. You can lock in rates at any time by upgrading to Model 2.

The Plan Deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances — including voluntary termination, non-utilization, or business closure. It does not constitute a wallet recharge or security deposit. GST @ 18% applicable in addition.

All freight, RTO, weight mismatches, and applicable surcharges are auto-deducted from your pre-paid RR wallet at the time of carrier billing. Minimum wallet balance: ₹500. Falling below blocks all new bookings immediately.
COD is credited to your RR wallet T+8 days from the date of successful carrier delivery confirmation — for both Model 1 and Model 2. COD handling charges and any outstanding dues are deducted before credit.
Delhivery applies a Dynamic Pricing Hike (DPH) — a fuel-linked surcharge on Delivery, RTO, and DTO charges only. The base fuel rate is ₹85.50/litre. For every 1% rise in fuel price from base, freight increases by 0.25%. Negative DPH is disabled — no credit if fuel prices fall.
If Delhivery detects a weight discrepancy, the revised charge is auto-deducted from your wallet. Raise disputes within 7 days with: (a) photo of shipment on scale showing AWB, (b) RR booking screenshot, (c) packing timestamp. Disputes without complete evidence will not be entertained.
Freight pre-deducted for shipments booked but not picked up — or cancelled in RR before pickup — is refunded to your wallet in the monthly reconciliation cycle, within 7 working days of the 30-day reconciliation date.
If your RTO rate exceeds 30% in any 30-day rolling period, Route Revolution may levy an additional RTO surcharge and/or demand an increased wallet deposit of up to ₹2,000. COD access is suspended if RTO exceeds 50%.
Base fuel rate: ₹85.50/litre. If the previous month's average fuel price is ₹94.05/litre, that's a ~10% increase from base. At 0.25% freight change per 1% fuel rise, DPH applied = 2.5% on your base Delivery, RTO, and DTO charges for that billing cycle. DPH is determined entirely by Delhivery — Route Revolution has no control over DPH calculation.
Freight rates vary by weight slab and delivery zone. Understanding Delhivery's zone classification helps you estimate costs accurately before booking.

Rate cards are filled in at onboarding and initialled by both parties. Rates are per weight slab and zone as per Schedule B of the Client Service Agreement. DPH fuel surcharge is applied in addition. All rates exclusive of GST @ 18%.
The Route Revolution Client Service Agreement (RR-CSA) is an open-ended agreement governed by Indian law. Here are the key terms that apply to all registered shipping clients.
The Client Service Agreement has no fixed duration — it continues until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. Immediate termination applies for material breach, fraud, or prohibited goods violations.
The Model 2 Plan Deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances — including voluntary exit, non-utilization, business closure, or termination for any reason. It cannot be adjusted against freight or wallet balance.
Accounts with no bookings for 60+ consecutive days are classified as Dormant and may have booking access restricted until reactivated. Rate cards are reassessed on reactivation — previously assigned rates are not guaranteed.
Your RR account and agreement may not be transferred, sold, or sublicensed without Route Revolution's prior written consent. On change of business ownership, fresh KYC and a new agreement must be executed.
Disputes are first resolved through mutual negotiation within 15 days, then by arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat: Salem, Tamil Nadu. Courts of Salem have exclusive jurisdiction.
Governed by Indian Contract Act 1872, IT Act 2000, GST laws, DPDP Act 2023, Consumer Protection Act 2019, PMLA 2002, and Trade Marks Act 1999. GST @ 18% on all applicable transactions.
